A “preliminary” kick-off meeting was organized on 25.12.2023 in person with the Serbian participants (FBUB, MFUB, TI). The official kick-off with the addition of ECs was organized online on 22.01.2024. (after the start of the project on 03.01.2024). At these meetings, the participants were informed about their role in the project tasks and prepared for the short- and long-term goals of the project and the project plan was recapitulated.

During the kick-off, the MC was formed from the leaders of WP1-4. The chairman of the MC is the PI of the project (also the leader of WP3). The first meeting of the MC with FBUB participants took place on 09.02.2023.
